Attendance Policy

Because there will be no rehearsals prior to the actual All-City Festival, it is imperative that students be present for the entire festival at First Baptist in order to rehearse with the guest clinicians.  No rehearsals shall be missed during the two days of All-City with these clinicians.  Attendance at each rehearsal is taken and if a student is tardy or abscent, he/she will be dismissed from the festival and will not be able to sing in the concert.  The child's director, the President, and Vice-President consider emergency situations on a cse-by-case basis.  If a student does not perform in the concert, he/she will not be considered a member of the All-City Chorus and will not receive credit toward their 6 or 7 Year Award.

Conduct Policy

Students will conduct themselves in accordance with all policies set forth in the Huntsville City Schools Parent/Student Handbook.  There will be no use of electronic devices during rehearsals.  Students who are dismissed from any rehearsal or from the festival performance for inappropriate conduct are subject to the Attendance Policy stated above
